	BinSCII does increase file sizes by about 35%.  In the bargain,
however, you convert the file to 7-bit text, which can either be posted to
comp.binaries.apple2 or E-Mailed to just about anywhere.  That's the point of
BinSCII.  Yes, the application is inconvenient to use; that's why I use GScii
except when it hoses the .SHK files.
