Re: "Will-Maker" software wanted
Steve:
Wills are not that complicated. You don't need a software program for
them. Had my wife's drawn by a pro lawyer, and copied the format for
myself and a bunch of others. Its in two sections.
Section A describes all the legal garbage, the administrator of the will
(forget the proper name right now), and how the estate is split up. It
also references to Section A, which is the distribution of the "little
stuff" (like the china and Grandpa's favorite chair) which takes precedence
over the major distribution described in Section A.
Section A is the one with all the signatures and probably does not change
as the years pass. Section B can be changed at the whim of the will makeer
(MAKER) without going through the witness and notarization stuff.
I've got ours on my computer and can easily E-mail you a copy to look at.
Don't feel comfortable posting it on the net 'cause it might step on the
toes of the legal system.

OOPS! re-write the third line in paragraph two to read:
"also references to Section _B_, which is the distribution (etc., etc.)
