Previously, someone mentioned that they wrote a program that could convert
Appleworks WP files into plain ASCII. I was wondering if there is a program
that can easily convert Appleworks WP files in bulk. Ideally, I would like
to just select a bunch of files and the program would just strip out the
Appleworks formats, remove any special control/commands, change the filetype
to plain ASCII, and just save it using the same name.
Currently, I am just using the built-in ProTerm editor to load and save.
It gets a little tedious with the number of files/disks I need to transfer.
I was just wondering if there exists a better way.
You can reply by e-mail or net. And thanks in advance.
