     I can say that having tried Stacker with the PCT in some cases the
system seemed to go faster.  That is right faster.  On GEnie someone else
(I am pretty sure) posted the same thing.  I know someone who uses it all
the time on thier own PC and they did timings and found that it hardly ever
slowed things down, in fact it seemed to speed things up in some cases.
(Yah I know the old I know someone who knows someone who knows someone....)
The only time it seems slower is when booting.  Big deal you go through it
only once.

    What about virus checking.  Doesn't it do that also?
