		Defender Of The World Demo Version 0.31


	DOTW Demo ver 0.31 is out in ccosun.  I just posted ver 0.3 two
days ago but found out that a number of people don't have joystick. 
Also, some have reported that 0.3 is slow under 2.8 mhz.  So I release
0.31 with the following changes:

a)	Keyboard support is added.  Uses keypad to move around and
open-Apple to fire.  You can select joystick or keyboard after the title
screen.  Currently not configurable.

b)	Some code was tweaked to kill the fast/slow sync problem which
0.3 ran into and caused slowing and jerkiness, esp under 2.8.  This new
version is more playable and slightly faster.

	For more info, read the new doc file.  Please send any bug
reports, suggestions, comments, etc... to me, hopefully by end of this
month before my account expires.
