Not necessarily. If somebody really wants to find out, why not try simply
manually setting the tick counter to something close to $FFFFFFFF? If you
set it to $FFFFF000, then it ought to take a little over a minute to wrap.
The location of the tick counter can be found by calling _GetAddr with a
reference number of 5. On ROM 1, it's at $E1/00DC.
