I do not have AppleWorks, so using AppleWorks isn't an option for me
at this time.

As for fact sheets, I could probably get said info from the file type sheets
from Apple.  But what I am hoping for is C code already debugged - all I want
to do is look thru some databases recently posted to comp.binaries.apple2,
not invent a whole new Unix utility from scratch.  But thanks for the pointers!
