It IS a genlock card, and if you have 2 VCRs you can put titles on your
holiday videos, like the pros...[Title quality limited by GS screen resolution]

I don't know whether there are different versions for different countries or
just 1 version with different modes, but my local Apple dealer told me, that
he sells PAL VOCs [we have PAL in Switzerland]
