Hmm, it would make accessing them extremely difficult. Currently output
involves    STA $C090. To use the anunciators might be possible but the the
samples would all be reduced to 2bit (2bit overhead remember) and that would
sound pretty bad. The only extra expense with using the parallel port is making
up the cable off the card and of course the huge added expense of buying 4
extra resistors! :-)
