AnsiTerm 2.0 Demo

	Can the person who posted the AnsiTerm 2.0 Demo into ccosun
please advise me on how to unarchive the at20demo.shkgood file?  It's
not a shrinkIt archive but rather has the header:

 This file is in BINARY format, created by PMP at  6-MAY-1993 21:24:13.

What's is PMP?  I've tried the major archivers in Unix but was unable to
decode the file.
