And thankyou for doing so.  I'm a 3.0 owner and 3.1 looks nice.  Still wish it
had a few small items but I guess we will not see these items since this will
probible be the last version.  (note: MY opinion, this is NOT something
InTrec has said!)

Side note: Whoever uploaded the Ansiterm 2.0 demo, try again.  The high-bit
in the while file was not ever used!  So ShrinkIT did not even notice it.
Try typing "binary" at the FTP prompt.  <grin>  Eh, probibly using Ansiterm
to upload it.  <bigger grin>
