pin-outs for apple2

Hi                                                                              

    Can anybody out there tell me the pin-outs for a 20 pin dil
out from a parallel interface card for the Apple ][? I have been
given it with no documentation, and wondered how to connect it
to a printer. It is an epson type, so it could be Centronics.

As an aside does anybody know the pin-outs for the 9-pin paddle
connection to the Apple ][.
