help with Kermit!

I am trying to find a way of getting files from my Brown account to my wonderfu
l Apple IIGS!  I have tried to use Kermit but I have a feeling that I am doing
something wrong.  Does anyone use Kermit to put files from their account to dis
k?  Or does anyone use another program?  Please help!
