Fools! They just don't understand! It only takes one apple to change your
life. I have one little //c. With it I can talk to the world, keep records,
play games, balance my checkbook, make friends, make enemies (I'm trying to
quit posting stupid flames) etc. etc. etc. I've made friends as far away as
Moscow and insulted people as far away as Singapore.
My little //c keeps me off the street. It's responsible for my change of
jobs. No other piece of equipment or even person has done this much for me.
I went from a miserable grunt job to a *position* that I love. I have one of
those jobs where I wouldn't quit if I won the lottery. I got it because
of people I met through the computer club. It made it possible for me to
go back to college, which gave me skills to keep my job. If I ever do get
another computer I'm going to keep this one.
I don't know what I'll do but I'll somehow enshrine it. I sort of hate posting
about my Apple because the truth sounds like some grandiose ad
campaign. One last clue. Did you ever watch Key West? That's how I feel. But
instead of a lottery ticket I bought this little computer.
If you don't believe me ask dwrage.

P.S. I confess, I did lie about balancing my checkbook.
