I think if the RAMFast is asked to load stuff to above the first 4.25/5.125
(ROM 1/3), it doesn't use DMA, but it continues to use DMA to the lower
4 MB of expansion RAM. Unless you're really filling up memory and go beyond
4MB, everything should be the same.
