earplug is on plains

earplug is a extremely simple tif that sets the volume of your GS at bootup.
I wrote this by request of a local user and whipped it up in about five
minutes. I then posted it to a local bbs. It then migrated to America
Online, and now I put it on plains. Not a musthave program by any means, but
it's there none the less.
