I just bought Edit-16 at AEW, and I must say that I'm very pleased by it.
Version 2.0 allows you to totally reconfigure the set of "extended" keys (open,
quit, delete line, find last "[", whatever) and a whole bunch of really cool
things.
At the Lunar Productions booth, Marc Wolfgram (spelling?) told me that they
had been working to remove the 64K file limit, but that hadn't been done yet.
You can have a _lot_ (10 or so-- I've never used more than 5 myself) of files
open at once. Updates to 2.1 (the next release; that'll have unlimited file
sizes) will be at some low cost, I believe. Their curent policy on
Foundation is really cool-- free updates until they hit version 1.1 or
whatever.
