    You still missed the other important parts of the message!  Namely,
the paragraph which tells you to mail in the ballot!  I stressed that
two or three times in the instructions (and it's even there in the
ballot itself!).  I can't count votes unless they are e-mailed to the
proper account.  You still have three weeks to do it.  ;-)
