I already answered this on IRC, but for the benifit of the masses, yes
there is, and it's by Ian Schmidt and it's called OPEN11.SHK on
plains.nodak.edu (in the incoming dir I think)

	Wait for ver 2.0, it will slice, dice, and have a shell
interface to boot.  (along with other nifty things showing programmers
how to use DT in their own programs)
