At the moment, I'm not sure I have anything I want to trade (at least,
whole computers), but it may come to that.

I too have considered starting a museum, or part of an existing one.
(There is, of course, The Computer Museum in Boston, but that's another
story.)  At the moment, most of my computers are either in use or being
reconfigured to make them usable.  But here they are:

	(1) DEC PDT-11/30
	(1) Atari 1040 ST
	(3) Apple ][+
	(2) Atari VCS
	(1) 'traditional' Nintendo
	(1) TRS-80 Color Computer

That's not counting the IBM klone that I use for work.

Maybe some of us could start a sort of 'chain' of computer museums.
Or maybe just exhibits.  Or maybe both.

One of my goals (the first one) is to have a vast amount of arcane
computing power in my house, to carry on various arcane experiments.
So, some of those computers may never leave.  (In the meantime, the
Atari and the Apples are doing primary duty serving the educational
needs of my kids!  For real!)  A second goal, however, is to put
together a collection of at least one of every antique or classic
personal computer ever made, in working order, with enough software
to demonstrate what it was good for.  Tall order!  But perhaps with
a an association of some sort, we could have such a set of machines,
various parts of which could be exhibited around the country over time.
