Patchworks program

A friend of mine is looking for a program called Patchworks.
I understand that it ran on Apple IIe and possibly other platforms.
I believe that it is a graphical package for material layout.
Does anybody have a copy of it and how do you like it??
Does anybody know if it is available and if so, where and how much??
Does anybody possibly have a copy they might want to sell if it
is not still available?? Any leads appreciated. Thanks in advance.
