/RAM5 Drivers (was: FDHD Blues)

So we have one /RAM5 driver that will let you change sizes on the fly and
another that will let you use /RAM5 even if the slots CP is set to "your
card" but requires manual initialization.  Seems obvious someone needs to
combine these two into one do-all driver!  Any takers?
