I would prefer to own all the hardware on alchemy as in the past things
have gotten a bit odd with different people owning different pieces.  Do
you have an idea of how much disk space you would be needing?  I could
supply you with 100 megs plus anonymous FTP to your space for $200 a
year.  You would be responcible for backups of your disk space, and I
would reserve the right to limit the number of anonymous connections to
4 at a time, but I would not bother with that unless it where to become
a real full time problem.  Something to think about at any rate..
