Laser printer driver info requested

	First I would like to apologise for posting my first message on cba2.
I wasn't quite awake this morning and had binaries on my mind, and well, I
entered the wrong newsgroup...

	My question was simply, has anybody got a laser printer to work on a GS
with an older grappler card? I recently picked up an IBM LaserPrinter 5E and
am having very limited success on the GS (text and almost no graphics). It 
mostly works on my 486 (won't print grey scale pictures at all). To get this 
far I have to put it into HP mode. Is there a compatibility problem? Could it
be that this printer is not as compatible as it should be? IBM mode won't even
print text (except on the GS in applesoft).

	I have a week or two in which I can return it. I am thinking I may as
well go for an actual HP IIIp. Would this work any better given the
configuration of my GS?

	All I can say it... At least I don't have to go through customs. 8-)
