  if you have ORCA/C 2.0 make sure you restart cp/mv/rm with the appropriate
C 2.0 support for that action; that way, it will restart under GNO as well
(setting it up in the SYSCMND file is not GS/OS supported).

BUG REPORT:

  Moving files or copying files, with recursion, from an HFS partition to
(anywhere) often results in an error.
