HardDrive help NEEDED!!! PLEASE... I beg you!

I just formatted my hard drive (two partitions... 20 megs and 30 megs) 
under ROM 01 system with 1.25 megs of RAM and Apple II High-Speed SCSI 
CARD...  I just installed System 6.0 onto the first parition, but the 
second partition does not appear... and as the System 6 loads, I get this 
error "SCSI device required driver. Please install SCSI driver on boot 
disk and re-boot system." I then hit return to continue loading! And only 
the first parition shows up!  AND YES, I have put all the SCSI drivers in 
the DRIVERS folder!!!! (Is there a list of SCSI drivers that should be in 
the driver folder or any other files I should add ANYWHERE?????)
       ANY RESPONSE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!
