Steve/Mike - I'm with the concept of setting a deadline date. However, instead of a mandatory "go from there" position, why not sit back and give the contributors the option of tossing in a few more bucks vs. buying at the level of the current contributions. OR asking the contributors for an annual stipend (in advance) to get the ball rolling. Arch
