The chips in an enhancement set for the //e are:

65c02 CMOS version of 6502 with a few extra instructions
			and bug fixes
2 x 8KB ROM	enhanced firmware (makes no use of extra 65c02
instructions but does add lowercase support to Applesoft
and adds the mini assembler to the monitor as well as
fixing interrupt handling and improving 80 col speed)
1 x 4KB ROM	new character generator with mousetext in locations
$40..$5F. Used to be inverse uppercase [dup of $00..$1F]

The //c (assuming it can run the UniDisk 3.5) has 2 x 16KB ROM which are bank
selected using the cassette out signal. [ or is it 1 x 32KB? ]

It uses a different IOU chip which enables it to use the mouse or a joystick as
well as being able to read AN3 to see if it is in Double Res graphics mode.
This is used in the Applesoft LORES commands to support DLORES.

Assuming you did wire the cassette out to the ROMs I still think you would have
problems with accessing cards in slots as the //c never swaps out the internal
ROM from $C100..$CFFF. So my answer is NO to using //c chips in a //e.
