Actually, I think that was a reason, plus the fact that someone uploaded
Metal.System, and some of us got mad, so they deleted the whole thing.  Then
they reuploaded it.

Because he's using an alternative way to access UUCP, and not going through
crash, it looks.  But don't complain, all ProLine headers are messed up. :)
Contains a lot of unnessecary or wrong info, and puts the Smail version in
the 1036 News header. :)
