LaserWriter II NTX

Hi! A friend is trying to get an Apple IIe, SSC, PublishIt!4, and a 
LaserWriter II NTX to work together. Timeworks says it will, but he's 
having difficulty in figuring out how to set the dip switches on the 
NTX for use with a 9600 baud serial connection.  Switches 2 & 4 seem 
to get him 'real close' to what he wants (the NTX prints out the test 
page saying its connected at 9600). What are sw 5 & 6 for and how 
should they be set? Thanks for any insights.
