Test Drive II & HD-Install

After fooling around for a few hours, I was wondering if anyone else has
gotten these two to work.  I've tried to read the instructions, and I have
a basic understanding of them.  Supposedly, you're to copy the SYSP16
directory to the root directory and then the NEWPRO file.  Then you create
a directory GAMES and then copy the files from the original TD2MASTER to a
directory in GAMES of the same name.  But alas no luck.  I've
shift-booted, and still come up with either errors $0040, $0045, or $0201
and the old P16 "Reboot, run START, or enter pathname" dialog box.  Help!
