Really Should be a FAQ!

I guess I'm a bit behind the state of the art, but I must ask an old
FAQ: how does one make a shift-key mod?  The reason I want to do this
to my machine after so many years of 40-COLUMN UPPER-CASE, is that I
got it used, and want to do some serious stuff on it.  I've got the
uppercase-lowercase character ROM, so the only question is what traces
to cut and where to run the wire.
