Yes, it is. That's the MIDISynth toolset.
Actually, I've never been able to get SoundSmith 1.01 to run; my system
crashes before the title screen appears. And why does it need MIDISynth?
Does it use it to interact with MIDI devices? I'd think that MIDI Tools
would be better suited for SoundSmith (but that's just me)...
