What Kind of Horse hockey is this? What do you mean it's Not a True IIgs?
The //e->IIgs upgrade consistes of a IIgs Mother board and a new bottom pan
for the //e case. It's the same motherboard that was used in the Rom 01 IIgs.
Since it is the SAME MOTHERBOARD it has the same sound chip, the same graphics
and everything else. The onyl difference is that it will have a conector on it
for a //e keyboard, and a //e power supply. These conections are on ALL ROM 01
IIgs motherboards, But on some the plug is Not sodered on.
You can get the upgrade kits from Shreve Systems, and Pre-Owned electronics. I
don't have addresses handy, But they Both advertise in Computer Shopper.
