I suspect this can be sorted out with Daniel without resorting to anything
so draconian.

umich has connect limitations and is frequently difficult to reach; same with
wuarchive.

plains is already full...

A better proposal might be to divvy up the sites so that there's less
redundancy, with each site catering to subsets of the ][ software available.
This way cco can avoid nudity if it likes, but still remain useful.
