TrueType Font Reporter needed

I am looking for an utility that will print TrueType Fonts to the standard
GS/OS printer for sample proposes.

I would like it to print text like "The Quick Brown Fox" or "ABCDEabcde123"
in 12, 18 and 24 point.  Aslo possibly 12 point versions of Bold, Italic,
Outline, Shadow and Underline.

I want to be able to have hard copies of the various TT fonts I have so I
can compare them and decide which one would be most suitable for the current
task at hand - So does such a programs exist for the GS, either PD,
Shareware or commerical?  If so, where can I get it?

I am also after a utility that converts MS-DOS Windows 3.1 TT to //GS TT
fonts and vise versa.  I would prefer this to run on the GS, but a Mac or
MS-DOS machine would OK.

I am also after a GS/OS TT version of Shaston.  Where can I get a copy?
