    Have you heard the old axiom "source code will expand to fill all
available memory?"  ;-)  That applies here too -- "news traffic will
increase to fill all available newsgroups".  :)  All joking aside, by
providing well-delineated sections for people to post questions and
replies, I hope to increase the S/N ratio, this encouraging more people
to post.  There are quite a number of people who have stopped
participating in csa2 because periodic levels of high noise.  I would
like to see them all back and active.  :)
