Active matrix screens are indeed nice. Notice, though the $1000 price
difference between the Powerbook 180 and 160. About passive screens: I had seen
a Zeos laptop and an Outbound and both exhibited "ghosting" or "shadows", but
the Powerbook 160's screen doesn't have these problems.
I think IBM's laptop with a 256 color active screen is cheaper than Apple's
with a B/W active screen...
