Whoa, cowboy!  Read LTC's post again.  He's not stating that you or anyone else
is 'sad' or 'ignorant' (the word 'ignorant' did not appear in his post at all).
He is (naturally, many programmers are when something like that happens) 
saddened that 8-bit users haven't given him any feedback on his 8-bit programs.

Calling someone a an 'arrogant jerk-off' is definitely not the way to make sure
they feel welcome developing for your machine.
