RFD: reorg note!!!

note to those of you new to the process.  The majority of the discussion -
and arguing - over the reorganization plan will be occuring in news.groups
and will NOT be cross posted to this group.  If you have an opinion, pro,
con, or neutral (there - that should cover you all!) then be sure to
post your opinion over there.  And later, when it is time to vote, be sure
to register your vote.  A proposal such as this can end in one of several
ways:

passes

dies due to opposition to newsgroup names,

dies due to opposition to the folks running the vote,

dies due to opposition to the idea being proposed,

dies due to lack of interest by the newsgroup readers.

gets rejected due to irregularities in the process



I hope we keep our results in one of the first 4!
