TMP Pascal II question

I am having a bit of a problem with TML Pascal running under System 6.0.
It seems that some of the example programs that came with it do not work
properly under 6.0. For example, the example 'Skeleton' seems to get an
error starting up the tools it needs and therefore never starts. 
I disabled the error check for the tool error and it said it could not
load some resource (error 1E06). If anyone has TML Pascal II and has 
encountered similar problems under 6.0 and knows how to fix it I would
very much like to hear from you. I would like to get this particular
example to run properly so that I can study it to get some idea of how
to write a desktop application with TML Pascal II. 

P.S. : If anyone out there has Complete Pascal II or knows where I could
	 get it please let me know.
