TurboRez _underlays_ (opposite of overlay) its graphics to the desktop. This
means that everything you see now with your GS won't change. What is inside
a window can change, TurboRez software allows a developer to write software
that can use current Quickdraw windows -- the frame only. The Content
Region belongs to TurboRez.
