No doubt some have received satisfaction, but I never did. I returned the
chips 3 times, the first time it seemed I got exactly the same chips back
(same damaged packaging) so on the second return in made careful note of the
chips themselves, and yes, got the same defective chips returned. The third
time, I did get new chips, but only one of the two worked.
I hear stories they've gotten their act together, but I won't spend any more
of my money to find out.
NOTE WELL, that these Zip horror stories apply to the 8-bit chip for the //e,
not the card for the IIGS.
