Is this computer GS compatible?

Is this computer Apple II compatible?

If it is, I am very interested! Wow, Avatar has a competitor before it is
introduced!

If it is not, why should anybody interested in it? Anybody who know anything
about this computer (and/or Avatar) please drop me a mail. I am very interested
in new Apple II compatible.
