   The System 6 Installer should have killed the Basic.Launcher program.
In System 6, Basic.Launcher and ExpressLoad have been truly integrated
into the operating system, and are unnecessary. Try using the installer
(yes, I know it's slow, but it properly updates things), and reinstall
your system.
