You really should've been surprised by them...

Nope. You never said it or hinted it or anything else, therefore are we all
supposed to be psychic? I can see it now...

should've been free in the first place. Go easy on him".
<GSUser> oh, dear...

Blah. Being conceited never got anyone anywhere. I and many others recognize
your accomplishments and work towards furthering the Apple II, but you have a
bent for shameless self-promotion which really turns a lot of people off,
myself included. The above sentence is a golden example.

Once again, your status as an Apple II person isn't the point. The point is
that you were using apparantly free unreleased software to get a tour of the
Kennedy Space Center, much like your past efforts to sell other FTA titles
(thank god Gog uploaded NTGS to Talisman). In this case, given that you paid
for the software, attempting to recoup your losses is fine. But you didn't
tell or hint at that (see next paragraph).
Please take this post as it was intended...I'm not trying to flame you or
discourage you, I'm simply saying that you need to be straight with us. When
people like James and I are given 2 and 2, we normally get 4. Unless you tell
people about the extra '1', we're free to assume anything we like, which may
or may not be what you intended. In short, Apple II users are human too.
