What about the new //c keyboards with the metal frame ?  They don't have the
plastic bracket underneath, but I still have size problems with a ZIP mounted
in the CPU socket of my Checkmate ram card ... the foil label on the top of 
the ZIP chip contacts several of the soldered tails of the keyswiches creating
anomolous keystrokes.  A little paper in between fixed the problem, though ...

I don't think there's room under that board for a piggy-backed ROM chip.

Anyone know otherwise ?
