Disk ][ R/W heads?

  Does anyone have a R/W head assy. for the old (but sturdy) Apple Disk ][
drives? One of mine flew south, and the other has a broken lifter tab (the
little piece of plastic that sits over the spindle/door frame. How about a
schematic (with electrical specs) for the head assy. Could I sub a similar
assy from an old IBM 360Kb 5.25" drive (perhaps, with a little rewiring)?
  I can do the hardware mods (the disks are -- obviously -- out of warranty)
myself, I just don't want to spend the $$$ for a whole new drive. BTW, I'll
need the retaining spring(s) too (springs have a nasty habit of becoming
lost)!
