Apple Pascal used the same low-level format as Apple DOS 3.3 and
ProDOS 8.  It's just that they used 512-byte blocks like ProDOS does
which means they used 2 256-byte sectors to represent one block.  I
have Apple Pascal code in some of my old Nibble magazines that reads
files from Apple DOS disks.
