Please note that for people who have Video Overlay Cards.. this function will
NOT work.. The VOC has its own circuitry for the video display, and unless
the card is synched to the internal video, anything based on scan lines wont
work. Don't take this as a "DONT DO THIS" Its just something you should be
aware of. I've learned to live with it when I have my VOC hooked up.
